first of all it require servicing like cleaning of steel rod inside in the printer on which print heads move ,that you can do with lubricant oil and second thing you need to change the cartridges because they may be already dry because you have limited use. In short if you can do this entire thing well otherwise I advised you to show it service center.

Then unplug the power cord from the power outlet. Wait at least 10 seconds before re-plugging the power cord into the power outlet in the wall (bypass any power strip) and the power adapter into the printer. This will give enough time for the printer to reset itself. If printer won't automatically turn on, press the power button. If that doesn't help, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for additional assistance.
1. Open the printer access door. 2. Disconnect the power adapter from the printer. 3. Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset. 4. Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary. - After the printer has powered up, the message "Printer access door open" will appear. 5. Close the printer access door.
If the error continues:
1. Open the printer access door. 2. Remove and install the printhead two times. 3. Close the printer access door. 4. Wait until the printer is ready to use.
