Go to a mobile repairing shop.....ask them to unlock the card but if you don;t want to lose your data then copy all the data using your phone usb and then give them the card they will unlock that after unlocking it will be empty...now you can again copy your data to your card......

Turn off the phone and insert the memory card into the memory card
slot. Turn the phone back on.Press the "Menu" button on
the main screen and click on the option for "Extras."

Scroll down to the bottom of the list. Click the
selection for "Memory Card."

Select the "Options" icon on the screen. Scroll through
the list to the "Unlock Memory Card" option and press
"OK."

Type in the unlock password in the password field. If you do not
know the password, the default unlock code is either "12345"
or "1357."

"OK" button. Scroll to the "Memory Card" item

Click "Delete Password" when the window prompt appears.
Make sure the message "Memory card will be unlocked, do you
want to continue" appears. Click on the option for "Yes"
to confirm.

Scroll down to the password field and enter in the default
password. If you do not know the password, the default unlock code
is either "12345" or "1357." Click "OK"
to delete the password from being required.
