Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Power supply

Any 450 Watt SMPS power supply is ok. Zebronic or Mercury retails around Rs.450 to 500. No need of costlier power supply like Corsair etc.

CPU Fan does not work!

A 200-watt power supply is kind of strange to see. You typically don't see a power supply below 450. If you installed any new hardware (which it sounds like you did) you should check the paperwork and see how much power they each need and make sure your total power requirements for EVERYTHING in your computer doesn't exceed 200 watts. If your fan isn't getting enough power, that would completely explain why it isn't working.

An ATX power supply should work. 450 watt should be fine unless you are running high end graphic cards.
