What has Norton 360 got to do with a Massage?
Couldn't resist that question. LOL

If you are talking about messages then you need to clarify what messages you are talking about. You could have a port blocked. Turn off the firewall and see if that helps. If it helps you will have to see what port it is blocking and unblock it. If you do not know how to use a firewall you better uninstall it, or you will block yourself from doing everything. Use Free AVG Antivirus without a firewall until you learn how to properly use a firewall. A firewall is great if you know how to use it, but a pain if you do not. I or nobody can explain to you over the Internet how to set up a firewall for your computer. We will have to have your computer in front of us to do that. You could still mess it up after someone gets the controls correct for your machine. What O.S. are you using?

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My grandkids have went to sights, now i get message that someone or something is trying to attack my computer but norton 360 blocked it. My question is I have bought another dell desktop pc and want to put...

Hi,

You don't have to worry about the attack being transferred to the new computer because they will both have a different IP address.

Providing you protect your computer with a good antivirus software like you are already using then you should be fine although no computer is 100% safe from attacks and viruses.

Norton 360 provides decent internet security plus some attacks are dependant on the site you visit. It's all about being vigilant and protecting your computer the best you can.

Regards.

Slow computer

Norton is a huge resource pig. Back in the mid 90's I swore by norton. Now, however, i dont like it. Try uninstalling it and going with Kaspersky, or for a free option, Comodo Internet Security, which has 5 stars from cnet.

Hi! I presume you a referring to Norton 360? if so it covers 3 pc's I have used mine on all 3 and registered it on a fourth when the lap top decided to blow its mind. I have heard if you try to register 360 too many times you will be locked out obviously due to pirate copiers out there, and Too right! we buy genuine so should everyone.
Hope this helps?

Norton 360

Hi Sheba,

Yes you can load norton 360 on your new pc. If you have all the license codes, just remove the trial version from your new pc and installed the full version of 360. To uninstall you can either go to control panel -> add remove programs and select the nortan trial software. Or you can find an installation's link under the program list. Hope this helps.
