there are different reasons behind your USB cable not recognize such as:
  • unplug your computer/laptop: unplug the computer from the power supply , because most of the time computer or laptop don't turn off completely and mother board still get power.

Labtop won't turn on

Turn on, hold F8 button down until boot menu appears. Download Norton Boot Recovry to disc from another computer. Install in ur CD/DVD drive. Boot ur computer. Or install ur operating system disc in cCD rom drive. Reboot computer, hold F2 button down, modify BIOS boot sequence so CD Rom in 1st boot device. Boot computer, repair or reinstall operating system.

Hello, You can reboot your computer system by clicking on Start, Depending on the operating system you are using, if Window xp,then click on Restart and your computer will reboot, If window vista or window 7,you will see the restart around,check very well.Click on it and your computer will reboot.
