I have had problems twice with returning things at the store. The customer service representives are always so rude. I have shopped at the yorba linda,CA store for the last time. I will not shop at any Best Buy for that matter. You know there are so many stores out there with much better service. I just want to say Good Luck to all Best Buy employees.
