There is a good chance that your game is scratched. Try cleaning it using the steps below:

Hold the disk by the outer edge (side with writing on it should face towards the floor) and make sure your fingers don't touch the clear part of the disk.

Dampen a soft cloth that will not scratch the surface (microfiber cleaning cloths work best). Starting from the center of the disk, wipe in a straight line to the outer edge. Do not rub in circular motions. Repeat until entire surface has been cleaned.

If this doesn't work, try restarting the Xbox and opening and closing the disk tray a few times.

If it is still unreadable, I'd recommend taking the disk to a local game store. Many places will offer a "buffing" service to clean the disk that can cost approximately $5-$10. There is chance that this will render the game unusable, so only do this as a last resort.

Whenever moving your console always take the disc out. If the console tilts when the disc is spinning it will scratch the disc permanently.

It could either be a corrupted save file (meaning you're going to have to start with a new garden), or there's a scratch on the disk bad enough to make the game files unreadable (meaning your garden should be fine, but the game's files can't be read from the disk).

Examine the disk first, and if there are any serious scratches, try to fix them (Disk Doctor, toothpaste, etc...). If that doesn't work, make a separate garden and just toy around with it. If that one works, but the original doesn't, then your save file is probably corrupted and is un-usable.

it could be that your disk is chipped becuz i had same problem and looked at my disk. there wuz a chunk chipped out becuz i flipped the console sideways while disk wuz in and thats only game it wont read

From getting knocked over there may be a corrupt file in the hard drive try reformatting the ENTIRE hard drive and if that doesnt work you will probably have to send your Xbox into Microsoft.

I do believe its a problem with the disk. The disk may not be scratched or anything but it could possibly something internally wrong with it. I'd take the disk back and exchange it. Hope this helped! Have a great day!
