Question about X2Gen MG19MY 19" LCD Monitor
MY MONITOR JUST DOES NOT WANT TO WORK I HAVE UNPLUGGED AND REWIRED EVERYTHING AND NOTHING
I purchased my monitor at Staples in Leominster, MA on 8/30/07. While in use it shut down. After checking all connections with no success in getting it back on I took it back to Staples yesterday and after attempting to connect it with their cables it is no longer functioning. I have my receipt but I am unable to locate my warranty info. What recourse do I have for a replacement? It is only 10 months old.

Is your computer recognizing the monitor?
Have you over looked something simple , like turning the monitor on?
We are human and tend to sometimes over look the most simple thing, If that does not help there sould be a hot line to call for help with your computer
