Any chance that the little envelope is showing received and not sent messages?
If you read or delete your messages, the unread status may go away.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do you read your messages as there is an envolope in the corner?

If you're using a Nokia phone, just go to your Inbox and read the unread message. If you don't have an unread message, the envelope notification you see may be an indication that you have a full inbox and you need to free up some space in your inbox for new messages to be received.

Inbox displays new messages but they aren?t there when you open

some times the unread messages go back to the last instead of coming to the first. So if you are viewing first 25 mails ,please go to the last 25 mails and you will definitely get your unread mail
