Question about Insignia Pilot MP3 Player
When I go to delete albums in the player, it says "write protected file, cannot delete". So, why is that and how do I get it to stop. It doesn't do it with every file but it does happen here and there.
Also, I can't get any videos to play on the player at all. Even after I convert them to the specified types it tells me that the video can only be stored and not played because it is not supported by the player. Whats the deal? I just got this thing a couple of weeks ago and it's becoming a pain !
Only solution for video on Insignia mp3 players is for the Arcsoft Mediaconcerter software that is on the CD.
