I want to delete everything from my laptop as though I am just beginning and I don't know what keys to press. I know when I had a Dell Computer I would hold down the control key while tapping F10 repeatedly until it got went to the screen that told me I was going to lose all my data. I really need to do this because it is the only way I can get rid of the virus that has been on my computer for a while now.

if u have critical files to recover, ask for help from someone who know very good what to do.
If you want to complete erase the hard drive and start fresh you will need an operating system disc, there no other way, other than going through and manually deleting every file and program that you don't want. Doing a system restore back to the earliest point, will still leave any installed files and programs intact.
