the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

The power button just blinks when i try to turn on the tv. i tried to unplug the tv and plug it back in but it still just blinks.

If this is a projection tv, and the light is blinking, your bulb is burnt out. Contact your local audio/video store or repair man. Get a couple of bulb price quotes before you buy one, and ask about availability. Warning....they are not usually cheap.

TV turns off and power light blinks unpluged andd still does it.

Likely to be the STK convergence chips causing a protection circuit to switch the TV off. Have you got any onscreen convergence problems (i.e, colour fringes)?

My Toshiba Rear projection TV Has A blinking power light

The power supply is in protect mode. There is most likely a short on one of the boards, or the high voltage generator, or a scan amplifier, or the power supply itself has a failure. Without troubleshooting the set it is impossible to know.
