Where is the key code for an hp laptop

On the bottom next to the white Service Tag.

This is HP Support, and the page that details how to find the Product Number. The P/N is in the white Service Tag. The Windows Product Key is nearby.

Website wont let me login from my computer but it lets me log in through my phone

Carefully check the typing of your username and password. Make sure the caps lock and num lock keys are not on. You might want to open a text editor and type into the window. Are the characters displaying properly? If not, and the num lock and cap lock keys are not enabled, try re-booting your computer. Sometimes the keyboard driver becomes corrupt and reloading solves the problem.
