I have KYOCERA MITA FS-3800 ECOSYS PRINETR. WHERE CAN I GET THE PERFECT DIRVER FOR IT FOR VISTA

Kyocera's public website has links to all their drivers. For the FS 3800 you can go here for the 32 bit drivers:

If you don't know the difference between the 32 bit and 64 bit version of Vista there is a good chance you have the 32 bit. But if you would like to be sure you can check out this article on Microsoft's website:
