My zeppelin makes no sound - B&W Bowers and Wilkins Zeppelin iPod Music Speaker System

The same problem. No sound im my zeppelin air bought this month. In dock or via air play with iPhone4 or AppleTV. Firmware already updated. Any idea how to fix it?

the phpone gets its supply via the docking arm, the power supply board sounds like the problem b and w are aware of, contact your place of purchase or b and w service and they should repair this as the power supply boards are being upgraded because of this issue.

it is either your ipod video output, or the video output connection on the back. i would try a different pod, if that fails as well then send it back for repair.

the red flashing light refers to the power supply board, either contact b and w service or point of sale to arrange return and repair. there is a mod for these power supply unit!
once this has been fixed they should check to make sure there are no other problems before returning, hope this helps.

report to b and w, sounds like the arm or the ampifier is playing up. when they check it, they will also make sure you have the upd to date power supply which has been bought in to resolve the numerous red light issues.

the rumbling would relate to component failure, and when the red light flashes the power board failure has kicked in, these are known problems with current models in all but the very latest, there are twoboards which tend to be replaces, so just contact retailer or b and w and they should fix it with no bother.
