Question about Panasonic Toughbook 50 Notebook
Just bought a used laptop which has been wiped clean. Although the computer has wireless LAN, I can't get it to work. The seller (public surplus -- state gov.) has said that the wireless is working. How do I get it to logon to my network?
Reset the DHCP server address and Check the settings of the default gateway / IP address/ DNS server... These are accessable through the command prompt... Try releasing and renewing them
START........RUN.......(then type) : cmd.....then press Enter... then type ipconfig /release....wait then type.... ipconfig /renew
also go to the manufacturers website and download the updated drivers.. uninstall previous
and make sure you are accessing your own SSID..and changing the WEP key to your own if not at default settings...

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
