The problem is that Voyager 1997 MEX becomes stop and can`t start again until 20 mins later, I don`t have any wiring diagram.

Easiest to replace would be the factory Delco AM/FM CD...plug in to existing terminals. If wires cut, you should include the plug in terminals with the replacement radio...Local Pic-A-Part is my go to salvage yard radio $25-$75...Walmart also sells radio wire install kits...$14.95? Hope this helps.
Probably just a blown fuse . Looking at a electrical distribution diagram , see what fuse powers that red wire. Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter vehicle info. year , make , model and engine size . under system click on interior & driver amenity . Then under subsystem click on entertainment ( audio systems.) Click the search button then the links till you find your red wire .see what fuse powers it. Looking at the diagram i see a orange wire for power .
You may have cooked a fuseable link that powers the key switch. There are two or three links coming from the large terminal on the starter that feeds some of the circuits.
Sure about the connection,you are supposed to use audio fuse circuit 2 and or audio fuse 19. the color out are Red/yell, Red/white. This comes from the dash box fuse
you can go to radio shack or a place that sells stereo equipment and get an installation kit and I hope he did not cut the plugs off the old radio because it would be easy all you would have to do is plug in your installation kit to your old plugs and it will tell you which wire goes where most kits are around $15.00
you have short between the radio and the interior light.
you need to get a diagram of the electric system and trace it out.
if you pull the fuse for the interior light, and run the CD what happen?
You will need to trace the circuit to find the problem, so I have attached a source of free wiring diagrams so you can do the troubleshooting, no easy answer for electrical issues like this, just careful diagnosis.
