Office max paper shredder

-   Gear has broken tooth. Approx. 6.5 cm OD Gear accomadtes a 12 mm Hexagonal Drive Shaft in the center, 36 teeth, (cross section views 13 mm overall width = 3 mm hub , 10 mm gear ring width. Approx 5 mm tooth pitch. I have searched on line for parts lists, IPBs, Service manuals, OFFice Max shredder reapirs and replacement parts, everything else I can think of with no succes of finding any parts at all. Makes no sense to me. Surely thery didn't just produce one for one and throw away the mold for this what appears to be a phenolic materiloa gear!!!!! I'm getting seriously hacked off!! Anybody know how to find out who manufactured the OfficeMax OM99727 shredder?-   joeharris707

Motor shaft has worm gear and the first plastic gear has mating angled teeth. I was not home and the person using it said it was trunning great until it stopped. They reversed it and tried to go forward again until it simply whines and nothing happens. The angled worm teeth cut into the steel shaft ground about four teeth off of that first drive gear.
I've tried searching by model number online with no sucess.
