Question about G7 Productivity Systems VersaJette M300 Printer

Versajette 300M I replaced the color ink with an orginal manufacturer ink cartridge but the computer keep saying there is no color catridge and does not print in color. I have redone and clean it many times but no luck. is there a way jto reset it. I also tried to reinstall the driver CD and that did not work either.

Printer says cartridge is out of ink but is practically new and hardly been used


Is it the original Hp catridge or you refilled it..???? you've replaced the black... so no problem with black.... color catridge would have dried... so remove th color catridge and wipe thi lower part gently with a wet cloth....!!!

Printer always says "Remove and check color cartridge"


It must be your ruined catridge. Some times the wire connections are burned at the side of the catridge and you must thaw away it and buy a new color catridge.

I refilled the catridge it doesn't print


you have to clean and reset the cartridges. clean also your cartridge socket or holder.

wipe clean the tip of the catridge and also the sensor of the catridges. good luck

My printer keep saying check the Remove and checkright cartridge.


thats to say theres a problem with ry right catridge it might be from the ink or catridge head or may be u may need to insert it properly.
so try replacing the right ink, if the problem continues, i will suspect the catridge head.

When I brought the printer the black ink was spilling


open the printer up. remove the ink holders. check for a part number on them, and then go online, of back here, and let's see what the Googlebot says.

More than "one ink catridge installed" problem with new printer


Try a new Genuine yellow ink in it, if it fails take to canon dealer for free warranty repair.
