Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
We got to the point where we had do delete 6 copies of your printer icon. Sorry if you can't follow my lead. This issue only started last night as you stated. The only thing you need to do is to reboot the computer.
I had to resort to use a screen sharing session so that i can see what you are doing. But you were not able to launch the site from www.fastsupport.com.
I have the whole copy of the chat session.
