You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)

The user manual for the GE Simon XT model 600-1054-95R is available here: http://www.securtek.com/products-services/system-user-guides/ge/GE%20SimonXT%20User%20Manual.pdf . I don't see a manual for the 600-1054-95R-11 or 600-1054-95R-11-CN available.

Pretty sure that the pump is the problem here. Could be something that blocks the pump, or the pump is just bad.

Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean(ref manual). There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too.

It is normal for the door to release after 2 or 3 minutes, its a precaution set by the machine; do not force the door. And surely the cycle must end for you to have a nicely washed clothes. Don't try to stop front loaders inbetween, less probs for you.
