DID YOU CHECK THE THERMOSTAT ON THE WATER HEATER? FLUSH OUT THE SEDIMENT AT THE BOTTOM SEE IF THAT HELPS.. MAY NEED A NEW THERMOCOUPLER!!! GOOD LUCK
