Question about Acer Aspire One Netbook 8.9" Notebook
In my experience, NTLDR is usually caused by a failing hard drive, however sometimes other factors are at fault.
There are various fixes for the different operating systems that Microsoft offers. Since you don't state your operating system I'd say start here and read.
Then there's always microsoft's take on it here:

SOURCE: Screen says NTLDR is missing.
Ntldr file is essential file in order to boot system...If it is missing then your system wont start..try to repair this file from XP/vista CD .. then problem will vanish

Pressing Ctrl, Alt and Del just restarts the computer.
"ntldr" is a windows boot file which has become corrupt and unreadable causing the computer to loop on boot up.
As far as i know that laptop does not have a CD/DVD drive so you can't fix the problem unless you have a external CD/DVD drive and a recovery CD.
Is the netbook still under warranty? If so take advantage of that and send it in for Acer to deal with.
If not you will need a recovery CD or Windows install disk, an external hard drive and some patience.
If you need anymore help or advice please post back.
