Try to use another browser. btw, have you tried using another keyboard? if this is from a laptop, have it checked with different browsers like mozilla, netscaper, or upgrade higher IE.

Windows could not finish to format my removable disk

Sometimes this is a faulty flash drive (Assuming that is what you are talking about)
In XP
Try to format it from the command line. Go to START - RUN - and type in the letters CMD in the box and hit ENTER. From there type in FORMAT and type in the drive letter of your removable disk.
In vista/7
click on the START ORB. type in the letters CMD. At the top of this menu a "command prompt" icon shows up. RIGHT CLICK on the icon and left click "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR".
From there type in FORMAT and the drive letter of your removable disk.

Don't worry it is not the fault of your keyboard it is the fault of the web browser which you are using.
If you are using "Internet Explorer" then switch to "Mozilla Firefox" or "Google Chrome".
In short just change the browser you work in.

Thanks......Have a great time.

Fix it utilities will not accept my Serial Number:8311-0271-00003-TBYW-MGG6-OVPA-4RPW

Serial numbers for some applications need to be typed in, not copy and paste. Make sure you use the correct case upper or lower.
Make sure the Zeros are the Number and not the capitol letter O.

In the number you give it looks like there are 5 number "0" and 1 letter "O"
Also if you did'nt actually buy the program but downloaded it from the internet the serial could be blacklisted by the software company. If you did buy the product and it wont accept the numbers then take it/send it back to the retailer.

No internet access on desk top

First of all, post correctly, that is no information.
Are you broadband or dialup? What is the make of your modem / router if your on broadband? Who is your Internet Service Provider? What if anything have you checked?
I will be happy to assist you with further info, in the meantime please do as below and post your results.

Go to start and click 'run'. Type, 'cmd' (Just the letters, not the ' ' signs) A DOS box will appear, type, 'ipconfig'.
You should have an ip address, subnet mask and default gateway with 4 sets of numbers, i.e 192.168.0.1
If you do not then download and run this program to reset the connection: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Network-Tweak/WinSockFix.shtml
