Usually has a securing ring just under the arm. Turn it quarter turn & arms comes off. If no ring to turn then arm will just pull straight off.

remove all hoses and flush the pipe out well

Plug in machine and turn power switch on. Then press the front left hand power switch on and the select program and finally press the large right hand start switch.If you wish to change or reset a program hold the previouly selected program button in for 10 secs and the reselect your program choice and hit sart.

This may work if you hold one of the program buttons on for 10 seconds then the currnet program is cleared and you can then select the program you want.
