I presume that you are trying to run some computer-game software that requires a "better" video-card than what your computer hardware can offer. If you have a desktop computer, you can purchase and install a "better" video-card. If you have a laptop computer, it's not possible to "upgrade" the video-adapter, and thus, it won't be possible to play that particular game, unless the instruction manual for the game has some suggestions on how to play the game on a computer with a "low-end" video-adapter.
