Tri colour ink catridge error

Which brand cartridge r u using??

Assuming Canon.

For color cartridge for Canon, especially CL811, 41, 31...etc...
You may have "cartridge unreadable" problem, after refill.

If I know your cartridge brand, would be able to share much information on your problem here.

Thanks.

My printer will not pick up the paper too print it just rattles and the orange lite flashes

If it is the orange light blinking, it may be the ink. Be sure you installed the number 45 black and number 78 tri color cartridges. The 41 tri-color looks the same but will generate an error. Also, ensure that the cartridge is not empty or dried out. Also check that the duplexer, or the panel in the back if no duplex is installed, is seated correctly.

The ink warning light flashes, and won't go off, even after I've put a new cartridge in. I've unplugged the printer, turned it off and on, plugged the cable back in, and it won't go off.

A blinking orange light means an empty or incorrectly installed ink cartridge. Ensure that the cartridge is not empty or dried out. Also be sure you installed the number 45 black and number 78 tri color cartridges. The 41 tri-color, for example, looks the same but would generate an error. Also, check that the panel in the back, or duplexer if you have one, is seated firmly in the printer as this can generate odd errors.
