Question about HP Officejet 4110 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I just inserted a new black cartridge and the screen reads "Insert new cartridge". I've tried taking it out and putting it back in, but the message doesn't go away.
Sorry for the dumb & obvious question but did you remove the protective tape from the cartridge before inserting it. If so, then try returning the cartridge for a new one, you may have gotten a bad one. If problem continues you may have a printer problem. Also, you could reinsert your old one and see if you get the same error or an out of ink error. If you get an out of ink error the problem is most likely with the new cartrideg...if you get same error, the problem is most likely with printer.
