SOURCE: DOOR WONT OPEN
I'm afraid I don't have a solution, just the same problem. Exactly this has just happened to me and I don't know what to do. Calling out an engineer will be too expensive and in the mean time, I can't do any washing. Have you had any success yet?

SOURCE: door is locked
The first thing I would try (if you haven't already...?) is to "reboot" the machine by unplugging it and waiting about a minute or two. Then plug it back in. This should hopefully clear the computer from hanging in the same spot, not letting you get to your laundry. If not, if you have a manual handy, try looking for a master reset function. It usually consists of holding two or more buttons in for a few seconds to reset the computer warm.
I hope this helps! :)
