I am sorry to hear about your problems with the GPS. Unfortunately, Best Buy™ stores in Canada are not able to process returns on products purchased at U.S. Best Buy locations (and vice versa). At this point, your best bet is going to be contacting TomTom for service. They are the manufacturer of the device and can provide repair under the limited warranty. Their number is 1-866-486-6866.
