Question about Denon AVR-689 Receiver
Have you got all the wires wired in correctly.have you extended your speaker cables and not insulated them(wires could be touching each other).maybe a blown fuse inside.although i think if it were a fuse,it probably wouldnt light up at all.my experience with my system is that if i wire up something wrong,the power button light which is a green light,will change to red to let me know something is not right.(its warning me before i blow something up)!!yours might be doing the same thing only flickering to let you know somethings wrong.If none of this helps then you should send it in for repair.Dont be afraid to open your system and look for a glass fuse(s) about 20mm long.if you find one and its blown,then you are lucky.a blown fuse is better than a blown system
