Question about Western Digital My Book Essential Edition (WDG1U5000N) 500 GB Hard Drive
I have my WD hooked up to a port on my laptop, it was working fine, now, when I try to open the drive I get an I/O error message, what is this/how do I fix this
Try to scan your WD with a program like "HD Tune Pro" for dead sectors.
At the moment I get the same errors, because of a dead sector.
