You can only use appliance paint which can be bought from the local home improvement store.

The exact instructions will vary from brand to brand and type of paint application used but you can follow these general steps:

  1. Clean the appliance thoroughly with soap and water and leave to dry.
  2. Apply a treatment on rust spots to prevent the rust from spreading or showing up through the new paint.
  3. Unplug and move the appliance to a well-ventilated area or create good air circulation in the painting area.
  4. Remove or protect areas (such as handles and other decorative details) on the appliance that should not be painted.
  5. Paint the appliance according to the product instructions.
  6. Let dry thoroughly before moving.
  7. Apply a second coat if necessary.

Tip

SOME USEFUL KITCHEN TIPS.....!!!

1) To get much cleaner and sparkling dishes just add few tablespoons of VINEGAR to your
dish-washing detergent....Vinegar is a master in cutting of the grease that helps in getting sparkling dishes easily.

2) To clean the spills in Oven just sprinkle some salt over hem immediately. After the oven has cooled
down, brush away the spills with damp cloth.

3) Smelly sponges are a real mess....to clean them just clean them properly and thoroughly and then microwave it
while its wet. Once you see steam arising from the sponge take it out...and be CAREFUL as it will be too hot.
Wash before reusing it, with water. Be sure that there are no METAL components in the sponge.

4) For removing lime build up and hard water from a teapot, just add 1-2 cups vinegar to some water in
teapot and bring it to nice boil. Sim for 10 minutes and then rinse it out.

5) OLD STAINED SINK....To clean and whiten it just add half cup of salt in it and then scrub it
with a lemon over it to get a sparkling sink as new.

Hi,
I would check the ice level sensor... it is shown on page 9 of this manual...

If the sensor thinks that the bin is full it will not do anything...
That is why that would be my first area of interest..

There should be a tab on the right side. Slide the filter to the left and pull down and out. Clean in dish washing detergent in warm water.

Getting rid of water sediment on stainless sink!

White vinegar, Lime a Way, or a citric acid product. Spray it on and leave it for three to five minutes, then rinse. You may have to do this a few times, but you probably won't need to scrub unless the hard water deposits are thick.

My washing machine is causing the electricity to short when we put it on. Sometimes it runs for a few minutes and then it happens and sometimes it happens straight away. I did have to have a tube...

Water contamination on the electrical terminals will cause the washer to "Earth Out" and take out the RCD Household safety trip.
See where the contamination is and replace the contaminated items.
Hope that fixes your problem.

I have a Welbilt juicer and I can't get the top off. That is the part with the strainer in it. JE200 Model 65F5 E138553

Try using a warm to hot cloth over area that is sealed. Do not submerge in water if this area of juicer has electrical components. If it doesn't have electrical components in this are, then hold upside down in sink with small amount of hot water covering sealed area of top. before removing from water, make sure u have a towel handy to set it on, dry with towel before flipping upright. try removing seal/top then. Hope this helps.

An awesome product that you spray on and let sit overnight. then simply wash it off. (Non Toxic / Non corrosive) No gloves required but does have an odd odor so I would let it soak outside. Heavy accumulations may require a second treatment.

Also great on shower heads. Remove it.. place it in a glass overnight and then re-install the next moring. Does not discolor anything. Ditto for shower enclosures and tile. Why this product is not in great demand is a mystery.

THIS WILL Clean it.

Normally this is due to spills, excess moisture or insufficient ventilation.

The chipped area should be sanded smooth and clean and dried thoroughly.

Then you can apply some high-temperature appliance paint, available from places like Wal-Mart, Lowe's or Builder's Square.
