The pilot adjustment screw is located on the back side of the oven temperature thermostat. Lift the cook top to access it. Use a flat screwdriver to adjust... counter clockwise= bigger flame.

There must be a MINIMUM of 2.9 amps at the ignitor to work correctly to bring on the gas valve. Less than 2.9 replace the ignitor. More than 2.9 replace the gas valve.

Either the safety valve is stuck or the ignitor is weak. While the ignitor is glowing. use the handle of a large screwdriver to tap on the valve body. If it lights replace the ignitor. If it does not light replace both the ignitor and the safety valve.
