Question about Computers & Internet
I don't think that disable port scans and dos protection will solve your problem. I tend to believe that your real problem is a port forward setting. So go at this link, locate your own modem (Netopia is about the middle of the page) and click on it. At the next page click on "Click here to skip this advertisement..." at the upper right of the screen and you will get at a new screen with all the games that need port forward. Click on the one you want to play and follow the on screen details.
In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.
If you are satisfied, accept my solution.
Thanks and regards

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
