When I try to send a mail,it gets back to inbox or junk mail that was happening more than twenty times yesterday. what was caused thatpls and how we fix that?

If your mail has been working all along and suddenly you can't seem to send mail, you need to contact your Internet Service Provider (who handles the mail) to find out if there are problems with the server.

If you have had issues and have tried to fix them yourself, then that's an entirely different story--you need to tell us just what you did.

How do I stop spam


Your email account should have the option of sending unwanted emails to the junk mail folder. If you send unwanted mails there your account should automatically send messages from that particular sender to the junk mail folder. This is the case with microsoft accounts. Also, by right clicking on a message in your inbox you can find the option to create a rule for messages from a particular sender. This gives you additional control. You should investigate if you are fed up with unwanted mail.
A lot of people get mail from sites they have subscribed to but have not bothered to unsubscribe, this will save a lot of time sorting out out unwanted messages. another thing to do then.

Good Luck with it, it could save you a bit of time if you can get all sorted out.

I CAN NO LONGER CLICK ON HYPER LNKS IN OUTLOOK 2007.


Is this happening in your main inbox. It's a security feature of outlook to disable links in your junk folder. If you're trying to click links in e-mails in Junk, drag and drop the e-mail to your inbox and links will (should) become active.

Why am I not getting posts from friends. but the show up on junk mail?


Mail or iCloud (or gMail, if you use that, or in general the mail system) thinks the mail is junk, for some reason. You need to teach it that it isn't, by selecting the mail, press the folder icon and send the email to Inbox. Eventually, it will learn the difference.

Hi,
Check your Junk folder
1. Sign in to Outlook.com account.
2. Click on Junk on the left pane.
3. Check to see if the missing mail is in this folder.
4. If you see any messages that should have been delivered to the Inbox, click the Not Junk.
Check your Blocked sender list
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Under "Preventing junk email", click Safe and blocked senders.
4. Click Blocked senders.
5. In the Blocked senders list, select the name or domain (the part of an e-mail address that follows the @ sign, such as outlook.com) that you want to receive emails from.
6. Click << Remove from list.
Add the email address to your Safe senders list
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon .
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Under "Preventing junk email", click Safe and blocked senders.
4. Click Safe Senders.
5. In the text box, type in the email address or domain you'd like to always receive emails from.
6. Click Add to list >>.
Check your Email Rules
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Click Rules for sorting new messages under "Customizing Outlook".
2. Perform one of the actions as per your requirement:
Click Edit next to the rule that you want to edit.
Or
Choose the rule that you want to delete and click Delete.
Note: Not all international characters are supported as filters.
Check your Junk Mail Settings
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.

3. Under "Choose a junk e-mail filter", choose the level of protection that you want, and then click Save. If the Exclusive level was set, all emails will go directly to your Junk folder except for messages from your contacts and email addresses that are in your safe senders, Outlook service announcements, and alerts that you signed for.
4. Click Save.
To go back to your inbox, click Outlook on the top left portion of the screen.
Check your Reply-to address
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Under "Writing email", click Reply-to address.
2. Select the radion button beside Current e-mail address.
3. Click Save.

How can I stop emails from Groupon


Hi

Just mark them as Spam/Junk as they come in.

Eventually the Spam Filter will recognize them and send them directly to your Spam/Junk folder without them appearing in your Inbox.

Check your spam/junk folder from time to time as the contents are deleted regularly and some genuine e-mails sometimes accidentally get snagged by the filter and misdiagnosed as spam/junk.

All my emails are coming in as junk , I am clicking on them and sending them to the safe senders lists, which has helped but now I'm getting them on inbox and junk


Hi! with respect to content some times main mails are going to shift to junk mail. but getting same mail as both in inbox and junk means there is a mal function in outlook, try to update that one and check with anti-virus tool in order to make sure of smooth functionality

Yahoo mail inbox issues


Its quite obvious to see such an issue like this happen without an unknown security compromise unless you had mistakenly deleted them.

Yahoo has a 24 Hour policy of resetting your email account back to how it was 24hours ago. If your issue falls within this range, quickly inform the support team to assist you with getting your inbox back.

Lastly i suggest you quickly change your email password.

Junk section will not work. I indetify junk mail and it returns.


junk mail usually isnt allowed to be replied to because its junk. put it in your inbox so you can reply (if youwant to) junk section is usually ads.

My inbox says I have 5 new emails


how many emails are in your inbox?? a lot of times, there are old emails at the bottom that go unnoticed. It happens to me every other day... not trying to sound condescending but try scrolling all the way down, or deleting all the junk that you do not need. or try checking the trash/bulk folder... maybe by deleting some without opening them, the server still sees them as unread and therefore 'new'...
