They should be able to help. I would try calling first, to avoid paying the $12 to retrieve the combo, but with the serial number of the safe, they SHOULD be able to help you over the tele.

if it is a mechanical safe without bypass key, you should get a locksmith / professional to open it for you. there will usually be a cost involved.

I forgot combination to my sentry safe model #POO5C and have been trying forever to open this up. Can you help me? No, I don't know the serial number either. Ugh.

The manufacturer will help you if you have the serial number, pay money and send them a sworn affidavit that the safe is yours. It has to be one of those electronic safes.

The alternative is that you call a locksmith and they drill the door.

I have a sentrey key pad safe and forgot combination dont feel like paying to have a locksmith come open it any suggestions

There should be a factory code, printed on the instruction manual. Otherwise, the factory might be able to help, for a nominal charge. The reason a locksmith charges for this service is they know (at least they should know) how to do it without damaging the safe. If you can take it to the locksmith, you'd avoid the trip charge. Obviously, I can't post a detailed solution here.

I just had the same problem because the battery had died, luckily I didn't sleep through all of my science classes so I got the wifes hair dryer, warrmed up the outer shell of the safe for about 10 minutes which allowed the batteries once last gasp and opened the safe. Changed the batteries and good to go.
Now my question - this is a secustar wall safe and ' thought it came with a key that I can't find nor can I foind a spot to use a key? how do I know if it is the model that uses a key ?

I have a safe and I lost the key and forgot the combination. How can I open it?

The only options that I can think of are to cut the lock off, call a licensed locksmith or take the safe to a licensed locksmith (if it is a portable safe).

Lost Safe Keys

The safe comes with 3 keys...2 User keys and 1 master. The user keys require a code and a key to open the safe. The master does't require a code to open the safe. As far as I know, there is no way to open the safe without one of the for a locksmith...
