Take the power plug off the wall. Be prepared for a lot of water before attempting the following. It doesn't spin because the unit is not draining water. It will not spin with water in it - must drain first. Check drain hose for kink, check exit pipe for blockage. Remove the front access panel, bottom front, screws beneath; if you find a pipe there with a cap -this is for draining water. Could be your "coin trap assembly" is blocked, therefore not allowing all the water to pump out. Remove the clamp (or unscrew) that connects the trap assembly to the pump and clean it out. If helped pl say so.
could have a cracked water pump or the pipe that the drain line drains into is backing up.one other thing it could be is bad tub seals, the water will leak from the bottom middle of the tub but most likely it will be the pump, this is an easy fix,pop off the two clamps that hold the pump on and with a pair of plyers remove the two clamps on the hoses, make sure you put down a couple of bath towels to catch water that's still in the hoses, let me know how you make out, next time send model number, one of the most common pumps for your machine is 3363394 but check it with the part number on the old pump and give the parts store the correct model number.good luck
Check first drain line or water pump to see if they are clogged.
1. Clogged drain line or water pump Check to see if there's something stuck inside the pump or the drain hose connected to the pump (pump is usually located at the bottom and towards the back of the washing machine). 2. Water Pump If the drain line isn't clogged, you may have a problem with the water pump such as a frozen pulley or a broken impeller. If that's the case replace the water pump.
vzone, you don't have a belt on this model. After the agitation, the washer should go into a nuetral drain for about 90 seconds getting rid of most of the water before spinning. See if yours is doing this. If it doesn't, the gearcase lost it's nuetral drain. The gearcase has a five year warranty on it, part only. If it's ok, the next thing I would do is check the drain pump itself, see if it has a bunch of junk wrapped up in the impeller restricting the flow. The pump comes off easy. Two clips and two clamps.
