I am having problems with my razor alarm I have 3 alarms and they will work for a while and then quit working. I have them set at 9am 3pm 9pm this is the times I have to take mediciation & I realy need it to alarm at these times. What do I need to do to get them to work?
I'm not aware of a software update that will correct this problem. But take your phone to your carrier and have it flashed, even if it's out of warranty they should flash it for you. The new software should correct any reset bugs in your phone.

These Alarms are so very fickle. If the Alarm lasted a year, then you are out of warranty and I have removed more than my fair share of Alarm's. As the Vehicle owner, you need to realize that your problem is quite common and you should be grateful it has not complete immobilized your bike. My Recommendation is... Remove it and return it to Stock or spend the money and get a higher quality alarm with a great reputation. Don't truck the Install Shop, they get tied to one brand, find the Alarm that meets YOUR NEEDS...
this is a factory alarm, the problem is the alarm is active, you will need to use the door locks to turn alarm off, insert key in driversdoor and lock and then unlock door this will turn alarm off, if that doesnt work then use pass/side door, the lock has a built in switch that knows when the door is locked or opened, the driversdoor may have a bad switch so inturn the computer thinks the door was forced opened without key and it is turning alarm on, so again use the key to unlock door try the pass/side if driversdoor doesnt work. good day

Troubleshooting a car alarm is relatively easy. You don't even need any tools or manuals to figure out what's wrong. Though car alarms are meant to protect the safety of your car, they can sometimes provide problems of their own. With these simple steps, you can find out what the issue is and attempt to fix it. Common car alarm issues include: your alarm not working, your alarm going off at inappropriate times and your alarm failing to activate itself. You can solve your car alarm's problems by following these easy troubleshooting steps. Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Do a routine check of all your car's systems. Sometimes, other parts of the car are causing the problem. Don't assume it's your car alarm before a thorough check. For instance, if you car will not start, there is probably something wrong with your battery or starter.
Disable your alarm manually. You may have to set the alarm to valet mode while you diagnose the problem. To do this, put the key in the ignition and press down on the push key until the light on the switch stays a solid color.
Check your sensors. Sometimes your car alarm will go off at inappropriate times if your sensor is too sensitive. Just adjust your settings to fix the problem.

You need to make sure the Ringer is enabled. Here are the instructions:
Alarm Clock The Alarm Clock tool allows you to set up to three alarms. When you set an alarm, the current time is displayed. When the alarm goes off, Alarm 1 (or 2 or 3, as applicable) will be displayed on the LCD screen and the alarm will sound.
1. From standby mode press the Center Select Key c [MENU], then press the Directional Key r right twice for SETTINGS & TOOLS, 2 Tools, 4 Alarm Clock. 2. Press the Directional Key j up or down to highlight an Alarm (1, 2, or 3), then press the Center Select Key c [OK]. 3. Enter the alarm information including: • On/Off • Time • Frequency • Ringer 4. Press the Directional Key j up or down to highlight the information you want to set, then press the Left Soft Key L [Set] to view your choices. 5. Set information and press the Center Select Key c [OK]. 6. Press the Center Select Key c [SAVE] after setting all of the applicable Alarm Fields.
I had this problem with my Orange Hero too - there is a fix but it's quite obscure. When you're inside the "choose an alarm sound" menu and scrolling through the list, if you press the volume buttons on the side of the phone then you can manually adjust the alarm sound (mine was set to 0). Not sure what causes it to set to zero, presumably when you take the phone off silent mode it sometimes fails to update the alarm as well? This still needs looking at because it means the alarm volume resets to zero of its own accord, but it can at least be managed by manual readjustment. Hope this helps!
P.S. It might also be worth noting that when I was having this problem, no third-party alarm apps would play the stock alarm sounds either.
Harley alarms, while a decent alarm system, are notoriously hard to set up. On a new installation I have sometimes had to run the set-up routine 4-5 times. I hope you have an owner's manual and/or good instructions. Keep trying to set the alarm up from the beginning. If you miss a key or time limit it's not unusual to have the set-up fail and you have to start all over. Disconnecting the battery will screw things up, so be careful.
Is the switch in the center counsole switched to off? It should be. Alarm will still work but will work normal. If you have an owners manual it will tell you about the alarm settings. 3 different settings. I had same problem with a 93 Pathfinder. If switch is off, everything works fine.
Once you open alarm, select "set" for alarm 1, go to the time and change it to what ever time and click "set" again. After shut phone. I thought it was wierd that it did not confirm but It works. Let me know how it goes.
I've had a similar problem with alarms not going off. In my case, it was caused by receiving a text message that was unanswered between the time that I set the alarm, and the time that it was supposed to go off. Try reading all your text messages, deleting all messages, and then take the battery out and put it back in after a few minutes. The last part is to reset any caching, but the first two steps followed by a turn off/turn on should also do the trick.
