Question about Dell A940 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi, if you're using XP (you don't say what operating system you're using) have you deleted the old kodak printer from the 'printers and faxes' section? Also, make sure you actually remove the kodak drivers as well....you might have to open your 'control panel' and go to the 'add or remove programs' section and look for the kodak printer entry to remove.
I don't understand the rest of your query...are you unable to download the Dell A940 drivers because you haven't got a cd/dvd drive? Can you go online and get them from the Dell website?
