hi, we have to know if your speakers are bad or if your just lack drivers. to do this, follow the below steps.
1. get an headphone, then play a song or something to see if you can hear it. if yes, then; your speakers a bad(burnt) and needs replacement.. if no, your need to get the sound driver for your system sound-card . so pls let me know your outcome. bye
Please check that your audio cable from speaker to CPU is connected properly or not ,if not pls connect .If still sound not coming then pls check the sound card is enable or not in your system BIOS.If not pls enable it and login through administrator and check ,If still sound not coming then pls check the sound driver is installed or not if not pls install it and check .if still issue not resolved pls check your speaker is working or not by connect with another system. If still not resolved then problem with your sound card in the Mothaeboard get it repaired by Vendor.
just remove the cord from CPu...the sound cord and re-plug it and try the option line out or line in... otherwise simple way is that...check wheter there is sound installed in Control panel under the add or remove program tab.... if not, then install the driver from *********** Board CD.. simple restart the PC it is required.. and for more queries post it on.. www.vk7.weebly.com under the guest book.. i will sort it out as soon as possible..
It may not be a problem with the speakers but the the sound drivers of your PC. Verify that your Sound, video and game controller drivers are installed correctly/completely with no yellow or red markings in your Device Manager.
If yes, try to uninstall and re-install using the original CD that came with the motherboard/PC as driver source. Alternately, you can download newer drivers if available.
Hope this be of some idea/help. Post back how things turn up or should you need additional information. Pls include brand/model/version of your PC or motherboard.
Good luck and kind regards.
