AMD heat issues have been pervaisve in laptop computers
your ehat sink fan requires thermal grease .. i suggest you take the back cover off and uninstall the heat sink fan, buy thermal heat compound and apply on the portion of the ehatsink where the it sits on the CPU, but let your computer cool down before you do this .. make sure you take out the battery and hadr disk drive to avoid static electricity -- do all this on a wood table , place a cotton cloth under the awork area, and make usre you are working in a area without carept
