Make sure that the driver for your printer has been installed. There is a CD that comes with this scanner. Make sure to use that and install all necessary software.
The scanner does not detect the keyboard
host on power up and is locking up your keyboard. The IBM PC/AT host type barcode must be scanned the first
time it is setup. The barcode is on Adobe page 56 of 342
of the LS2208 Product Reference Guide. The scanner should start working immediately after the host type barcode is scanned.
