Notebook cannot power on

get multiple advice from different technicians... changing motherboard in a laptop is not cost effective. check your warranty and send it back to manufacturer.

do this first... disconnect all power source --take out the battery from your laptop, disconnect the power cable... leave it for 5 minutes or longer and reconnect the power source and turn on the laptop. "if this works, don't go back to that technician that says change the motherboard"

if this doesn't work and and you get the same recommendation to change the motherboard from other technician... it is more cost effective to get a new laptop. if you replace the motherboard, you will have to pay the shipping, service and the parts = new laptop (new warranty)
