My laptop could not detect the wirless mouse

Hi,

I am trying to operate the wirless optical mouse model#611390 for the first time but my laptop running on Windows Vista, could not detect it.

Please help me.

Yeah, I was kind of confused about this too. Apparently, on the base of the mouse, there is a red reset button. Press that, while simultaneously pressing the black reset button on the base of the charger. The laser light should becomes steady after a moment, indicating that the mouse is in sync with the laptop. If the laser is blinking, however, then the mouse is attempting to become synced. You may have to press the reset button multiple times. Hope this helps.

Normally usb mouse driver automatically installed by operating system specially on windows os. which operating system your laptop have. do one thing remove usb driver from device manager and restart your pc and install usb driver from your motherboard cd if you have.
But again i dont think mouse need driver os has default driver for mouse.

Hi,

1. Change batteries
2. Go to control panel
3. Click Bluetooth Icon
4. Delete the Bluetooth Mouse
5. Click on Add new wireless device
6. Press the pairing device on the keyboard
7. Bluetooth Mouse will be detected
8. Follow the onscreen instructions

Optical Mouse Model AM-3055U will not work on this computer

My same model Argos mouse was auto-detected as a "USB compliant mouse" and it failed to work. Went into device Manager and manually re-installed driver as a "HID compliant mouse" from local drivers and it works!!
