Question about Transcend T.sonic 610 MP3 Player
Firstly, please remove the battery from the player. Then after about two minutes reinsert it and power on. If it boots then it will be recognized as an additional drive in My Computer. It would most likely be a FAT4 drive. Use it as a normal computer drive to copy/paste to and from it.

Request you discharge the battery charge and keep on holding the power button on the music player for 10 secs. Now, connect the charger and turn ON, that should take care. If still it is stuck on the bootup screen, then I am sorry to say that the software of the music player is corrupted, you may need to flash the memory of the music player. At this point you should contact the manufacturer, inorder to do so.
Thanks and regards,
