Hi,

The problem is :
During printing, the main thermistor detects less than120C°/248F for 1 sec or more continuously.
Replacing the fixing film unit.

Canon Ir 1670 doesn't use fusor; it uses fixing film; part number is FM5-0992-000 @ 120V this issue happens frequently in these machines.

System error E000

The problem discription is very long to be shared here, basically what you have to do is reset the copier

E000
The error history indicates any of the following error codes 4 times: E001,
E002, E003.
Action 1) Clear the error.
Execute '#4 PRINTER RESET" under '#7 PRINTER' in service mode to clear
the error.; then, turn back on the power.

It might be a good idea to get a service manual to get a good insite, here is the link for it;

Cannon image runner 2200 error code E000002-0000, how do I fix it?

E002/E000/E003/E261/E733 Error code: Due to AC line noise Error Code

Symptom E002/E000/E003/E261/E733: due to AC line noise. Description E002/E000/E003/E261/E733 occur due to AC line noise.
If the above error codes are frequently recorded in the error log, they might concern AC line noise. Cause When the machine tries to detect a Zero-cross signal of AC line, it will fail if a noise occurred around the zero-cross point. Since the fixing temperature is controlled based on the zero-cross signal, there is a possibility that the fixing temperature could not rise properly if a noise occurs several times. Field Remedy Replace the Switching Regulator PCB ***'y with a new one.
120V: FH3-2613
220V/240V: FH3-2614
The circuit has been modified to resist a noise. REMEDY Caution
Press (* then 2 and 8 together then *)you are in service mode monitor:
To clear the error, execute the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.

GOOD LUCK MATE ......KINDLY RATE ME !!!! THANKS.
