Question about Panasonic PT-61LCZ70 Television
I have the exact problem with the exact model! I'm getting ready to garbage it and I would if the darn thing didn't cost me over $2500 to buy. Do what I did..call panasonic 1-800 number, tell them your story, then tell them you want it forwarded to the top guys, they will give you a referance number and tell you someone will call you back, hopefully the "big" guys will pay for the next lamp, I'm going to ask for a new tv of comparable value...I've had it with these guys!
