Error 5200 unfortunately is a Print head overheat error. Whatever you try to do to fix it will not work unless you replace the print and the main logic board. These two parts HAVE to be replaced as a pair to get the machine to work. However the costs are often more than the machine is worth. To be honest i would scrap it and by another. Its quite an uncommon fault but have seen it before (I am a Canon engineer)
Just remove the ink cartridge from the printer and clean the surface contact using a cotton moistened dipped in an alcohol . Return back the cartridge and try to print again.
Try also to Press and Hold the STOP/RESET button until printer restart. Release the button when to completely initialize the printer
