Unlimiting the registry size could work:
Here are the steps:
1) Type REGEDIT in run

2) Navigate accurately to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control

3) On the right pane, locate the following
Key: RegistrySizeLimit [Type: REG_DWORD]

4) Double-click on it.

5) On the dialog box, select DECIMAL

6) Erase the previous and enter the following number:
4294967295

7) Click okay and restart computer

8) Everything will be okay, ENJOY! try to install the package again.

Checking IP

For Windows XP or 2000:

1. Please click on Start and select Run.
2. Type in cmd and click on OK.
3. In the Command Prompt, please type ipconfig/all then press Enter or Return key.

For Windows 9X or ME:

1. Please click on Start and select Run.
2. Type in winipcfg and click on OK.
3. Once the IP configuration window opens, click on the drop down box and select your Ethernet adapter (Note: Do not select dial-up adapter, VPN adapter or AOL adapters).

For Windows Vista:

1. Click on the Windows icon and on the Search box type in run.
2. At the upper left pane of the start menu, please click on run and type in cmd on the text box. Then, hit the Enter key or OK button.
3. On the black window, type in ipconfig/all and hit Enter. You should see the following:

For Macintosh:

1. Click on the Apple icon, select Systems and Preferences and click on Network.

Hello may I suggest doing a simple reset of your machine. If you have not tried this please do so.

Simply unplug your printer power wire from the printer and wait about a minute. Now plug it back in and your problem may be resolved.

Next, if this does not make sure you do not have any print jobs backed up in your computers printer cue.

This can be done by looking in the bottom right corner of your computer monitor. look for a printer icon. If there is on there click on it and cancel all print jobs.

Also, check for paper jam, make sure paper is not causing problem.

Run the cleanup tool to clean out temporary files, run the .NET
Framework cleanup tool, Run the installation file, then reboot and try to install it again and see if it works. If not try the below following steps....

Step One:
1. Go to Add or Remove Programs, try to remove all .NET Framework.
2. Please download and install the Windows Installer Cleanup utility
from this link:

3. Then, please run it from Start-> All Programs-> Windows Install
Clean Up.
4. Please remove all Microsoft .NET Framework shown there and click
Remove.
Step Two:

3. Right-click the Date Modified column header.
4. Click Comments
5. In the Comments column, locate the cached Windows Installer file

6. Right-click the cached Windows Installer file and then click
Uninstall.
7. Close the window.
8. Delete the cached Windows Installer file.
Step Three:
1. Restart your computer.
2. While your computer is booting up, press F8 to invoke the startup

3. In the startup menu, choose Safe Mode.
4. Log on as an administrator.
Note: In Safe Mode, your system display and Desktop will look and
perform differently than in Normal Mode. This is only temporary.
5. Delete the folder C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET
6. Delete the folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\URTTemp
7. In the C:\Windows\System32 folder, locate the file mscoree.dll.
Right click and rename it to mscoree.old
Step Four:
1. Click Start->Run, type REGEDIT and click OK.
2. Navigate to the following registry key by expanding the "+" beside
the registry tree in the left pane:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework
3. Delete this key in the left pane.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 to delete the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup
5. Restart your computer to Normal Mode

1. Please download the Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1
Redistributable Package from the following link and save it to C:

4. Locate the folder C:\.NET Framework 1.1 and double click the file
netfx.msi in it to install .NET Framework components.
